Kimberly Simons

Kimberly Simons is an experienced Probate paralegal with a strong background in California Estate Administration, Probate, and Real Property matters. Throughout her career, she has assisted in complex cases involving spousal property petitions, Trust Administration, extensive Probate matters, and court filings across multiple counties. 

Kimberly earned her degree in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College of California and has since dedicated her career to guiding families through the Probate and Estate Administration process with clarity and compassion. 

She chose this field because she values helping people navigate some of the most challenging times of their lives, and enjoys bringing order and peace of mind to complicated legal situations. 

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband and son, playing with her golden retriever, Zoom, and adding seasonal touches to their home. She also loves organizing creative projects, and finding ways to make everyday spaces feel warm and inviting.
