Amy Linton’s passion for Estate Planning began long before her career officially started. Growing up, she watched her father practice law and help families navigate some of life’s most important decisions — an experience that sparked her own desire to make a difference in people’s lives through the legal field.

In 1998, Amy joined her dad at his law office, where they worked side by side until his retirement in 2014. When he hung up his briefcase, Amy brought her deeply-rooted experience and dedication to Wade Law Offices, continuing the family legacy of helping others plan for their future with care and compassion. With more than two decades in the field, Amy understands that Estate Planning isn’t just about documents — it’s about people, relationships, and peace of mind.

Outside of work, Amy loves spending time with her husband, their three kids, and three grandkids — the heart of her world, and a constant reminder of why she does what she does. She’s also an avid traveler (and licensed travel advisor) with a bucket-list goal to step foot on every continent — except Antarctica because, as she admits, “I don’t own a jacket warm enough for that one.” When she’s not on an adventure, Amy’s perfect day involves a good book, a fuzzy blanket, a candle, and the sound of rain — her favorite way to recharge.
