Shaan Ansari

Shaan Ansari is Of Counsel at Wade Law Offices, where he supports clients throughout Southern California with estate planning, probate, and trust administration needs. His legal approach is shaped by a broad background in litigation and a dedication to personalized service.

Mr. Ansari holds a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University, graduating with Distinction. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law, with a Certification in Real Estate, Land Use, and Environmental Law. He further honed his trial skills through the Orange County Bar Association College of Trial Advocacy in 2015.

Before joining Wade Law Offices, Shaan managed his own law practice, representing clients in estate matters, probate and trust litigation, personal injury, and civil disputes. He also served as lead probate and estates counsel for the Law Office of Michael J. Hemming.

Shaan is a member of both the California Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association’s Trust and Estates Section. He is also active in his community as a member of the Newport Harbor Elks Lodge.



Outside of the office, Shaan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. His favorite pastimes include traveling, kayaking, biking, fishing, camping, and swimming.
