Penelope Bergman is Of Counsel to Wade Law Offices, where she focuses on estate planning and trust administration for families of all sizes. Drawing from years of experience in high-stakes litigation, Penelope crafts personalized plans that provide peace of mind and real protection for clients’ loved ones, assets, and businesses.

Before devoting her practice to trusts and estates, Penelope led a successful litigation firm representing clients in complex multi-party disputes, securing multimillion-dollar recoveries. She has also served as national coordinating counsel for insurance underwriters and advocated in matters involving employment, business disputes, and toxic torts. Her broad legal background uniquely positions her to anticipate challenges and design forward-thinking plans.

Penelope holds a law degree from the University of Richmond, an MBA, and a BA from UC San Diego. She is licensed to practice in California and Minnesota and has appeared before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
