Devin Picciano

With a focused commitment to estate planning, Devin Picciano has built a legal career helping clients protect their legacies and secure their futures. His professional journey began as a paralegal at a nonprofit organization supporting disadvantaged individuals—an experience that grounded him in compassion and purpose.

Devin earned his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, where he served in the Bankruptcy Clinic as a Certified Law Student and advocated for underserved individuals in court. He also completed a judicial externship with Chief Judge Ronald Sargis at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.

After law school, Devin joined a boutique firm in Roseville, gaining experience in bankruptcy, business formation, tax law, and estate planning. It was there that he discovered his passion for helping clients create personalized estate plans and build financial security for future generations.
