Dan Morrill

Dan Morrill is Of Counsel at Wade Law Offices, where he focuses on helping individuals and families plan for the future through thoughtful and strategic estate planning. His practice includes the preparation of living trusts and wills, as well as guidance in trust and probate administration.

Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from San Diego State University before completing his Juris Doctor degree at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice before all courts in the state.



With a deep understanding of estate planning law and a compassionate approach, Dan works closely with clients to ensure their legacies are preserved and their loved ones are protected. He is also an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association's Estate Planning Section, staying current on evolving best practices in the field.
