Bryan Walters is a trusts and estates attorney with Wade Law Offices in the Roseville office. He earned his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in 2015 and entered the legal field shortly thereafter.


Early in his career, Bryan focused on personal injury litigation, representing clients ranging from statewide ambulance companies to multinational insurers and private individuals. Through this work, he witnessed firsthand how devastating poor planning can be in court.


Motivated by this insight, Bryan shifted his practice to proactive estate planning—using modern legal strategies to help clients minimize risk, avoid litigation, and protect their families from future legal battles.



Bryan lives in Carmichael with his wife Betsy, daughter Lydia, and their three large dogs: Gordon, Samson, and Daisy. Outside of the office, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and playing music.
