Penelope Bergman

Bruce A. Pence III is Of Counsel at Wade Law Offices, where he focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorships, and related legal areas. With a deep commitment to helping families protect what matters most, Bruce brings a thoughtful and thorough approach to every case.

Bruce earned his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, where he also completed certifications in Environmental and Business Law. As a judicial extern for the High Court of Uganda, he worked on reform initiatives for juvenile justice and land rights—experience that reflects his passion for justice and equity. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a licensed notary public.



Before joining Wade Law Offices, Bruce practiced in Santa Barbara, handling complex estate planning and administration matters with care and precision. He now lives on California’s Central Coast with his wife, Lyndsey, their dog Mojave, cat Eadie, and five chickens—all named after Star Wars characters. Outside of work, he enjoys kayaking, hiking, camping, and tending to his vegetable garden.
